What you would be doing
- Participer ou rédiger divers documents, tels que des rapports, et des évaluations de coûts.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs dans l’élaboration des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
- Participer à la coordination interne et externe des projets avec les équipes multidisciplinaires et les clients.
- Participer ou effectuer l'estimation budgétaire et des échéanciers de travaux sur les projets sur les la ressource sera affectée.
- Assurer une assistance technique lors de la réalisation des travaux en chantier.
- Participer aux relevés des conditions existantes, à l’élaboration des plans sur Revit, à la rédaction des devis, à l’évaluation des coûts et à la surveillance des travaux.

- Nous cherchons une ressource qui possède les qualités suivantes: adaptabilité et flexibilité, une personne dans un optique d'amélioration continue face aux nouvelles technologies et changements dans notre domaine, les aptitudes de communication sont aussi très importante tout comme l'organisation personnelle et la capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problème.
- Avoir obtenu son diplôme d'étude professionnelles en dessin de bâtiment orientation structure ou un diplôme d'études collégiales en technologie de l'architecture ou en génie civil.
- Effectuer la coordination, la vérification projets en structure du bâtiment pour différents secteurs (institutionnel, bureau, commercial, culturel et résidentiel).
- Maitrise de la suite Ms Office 365 et du logiciel REVIT.
- Maitrise du français, tant à l'orale qu'à l'écrit.
- Posséder entre 5 ans et 8 ans d'expérience pertinente en structure du bâtiment.
- Un programme de mentorat structuré
- Être membre de l'ordre des technologues professionnelles du Québec, un atout.
