Manage quarterly valuation cycles across multiple client portfolios, coordinating both internal oversight and external appraisal reviews.

Integrate valuation outcomes with market research, yield trends, and capital market dynamics to provide context and perspective to internal teams, senior management and clients.
Assist in delivering actionable insights to portfolio management, senior leadership, and boards that support investment decision-making, risk assessment, and strategic discussions.
Assist in the preparation of clear, insightful materials summarizing valuation outcomes, market trends for senior leadership, investment committees, and boards.
Assist in the preparation and analyze portfolio benchmarking reports (IPD/MSCI and other indices), supporting performance attribution and other insights.
Work collaboratively with internal speciality teams (leasing, investments, asset management, finance, portfolio management etc.) and the external appraisal community.
Conduct portfolio-level valuation analysis to identify performance trends, value drivers, and relative market positioning.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation, investment analytics, or portfolio management
Strong technical grasp of valuation methodologies, yield interpretation, investment metrics, and market drivers
Effective communication skills and comfortable presenting/convey valuation outcomes to senior stakeholders
Undergraduate degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related discipline
AIC designated member or Candidate Member progressing toward AACI or CFA/CAIA designations
Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel skills - / Power BI skills considered a strong asset.
