Plan and optimise warehouse space within the factory to support current and increasing production volumes.
Ensure receiving operations adhere to EH&S, ISO, and internal audit requirements.
Supervise the receiving team, including 5 forklift drivers, 2 data entry staff, and 1 cycle count Storekeeper, ensuring efficient unloading, checking, and put-away of materials.
Coordinate container unloading schedules based on warehouse space availability and production requirement dates.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Finance teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.
Identify and implement improvements to reduce bottlenecks and enhance efficiency in receiving and material flow.
Collaborate with Buyers to monitor inbound supply, prevent overstock or stockouts, and ensure materials arrive on time.
May be assigned additional logistics or warehouse tasks as required to support business needs.
Manage MRB (Material Review Board) handling for rejected or non-conforming materials.
Participate in TPM, EH&S, CX, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational robustness.
Ensure receiving-related records are accurate and audit-ready for internal and external audits.
Validate discrepancies during cycle counts and drive corrective actions with the team.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through proper receiving practices and timely issue resolution.
Contribute to updating SOPs and work instructions related to receiving processes.
Monitor daily material flow and adjust storage arrangements to maximise capacity and minimise inefficiencies.
Oversee MRB processes to ensure rejected materials are handled and documented correctly.
Work with external warehouses to plan and pull in materials according to production timelines.
Ensure the team completes receiving transactions and system updates accurately in the ERP/WMS.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/receiving operations, with compulsory supervisory experience.
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems for monitoring and validating inbound transactions.
Ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills, especially Excel, for planning, analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to supervise warehouse personnel, including forklift drivers, receiving staff, and cycle count personnel.
Knowledge of inventory accuracy, cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, receiving workflows, and material flow planning.
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
