Capture manufacturability issues with the design, submit design change proposals, and implement the change into the product
Reporting routinely the progress of the testing according to the plan.
Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures
Shall report any unsafe conditions that are identified in their respective work area to their supervisor
Shall wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is communicated and supplied to them
Responds to customer calls
Shall comply with all CAF USA safety policies, procedures, and requirements that are communicated to them, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures
Shall report all injuries/illnesses to their supervisor that occur at work, the day of the incident
Demonstrates the ability to plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise work of testing and employees while documenting and writing comprehensive reports

Manufacturing bills of material experience
Experience in an ISO certified environment is a plus
Shall NOT operate any CAF USA equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts) until certified to do so
Shall attend all CAF USA required training as soon as possible before the start of their assigned work
3+ years of experience in a related field or similar
Experience in final assembly and vehicle systems testing
Elaborate test layout and test flow
Bilingual (Spanish) is a strongly desirable
Must be able to lift 50lbs
BS in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering
In excel, be able to import data, look up tables, create pivot tables, simple macros, etc.
Ability to work in a high pressure environments
Be able to support the needs of production staff
Read and understand schematics, blueprints and 3 Dimensional drawings
ERP or MRP experience (Baan)
Ability to work with all types of personalities and gain productions trust
