The Warehouse Specialist is a key member of Sunrun Operations, responsible for safely storing material in warehouses and delivering it to installers. The role handles receiving, shipping, job building, inventory accuracy, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. In this role you will keep the warehouse organized, manage all material movement, and ensure the safety and security of inventory and equipment. You will operate a forklift, process shipments, and use the Oracle ERP system to track receipts, stocking, issuing, and returns. Daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks will drive accuracy, while you maintain auditable shipping and receiving records. Collaboration with planning, replenishment, field operations, and the Service Team ensures timely staging of job kits and efficient return processing.
Successful candidates have experience with Warehouse Management Software and preferably Oracle, and prior forklift operation is a plus. You should be a proactive problem‑solver who can adapt priorities quickly and champion safety by identifying and reporting hazards. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as the role requires coordination with multiple groups to achieve common goals. A proven record of encouraging a collaborative team climate is highly valued.
The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.30 to $24.40, with compensation decisions not based on salary history.
