Key responsibilities include acting as the primary client interface, leading project management commissions, and ensuring that client objectives are met. You will plan, direct, and supervise operations for moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact, and contribute to the overall running of the AECOM project management team.
The position focuses on mixed‑use developments and residential projects, requiring recent experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0‑7. Experience in primary healthcare and educational markets is also valued.
Candidates should hold a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. You should be pursuing chartered status with SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI, with APM affiliation considered a benefit.
