- To liaise with the Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure efficient financial control resulting in a cost effective service.
- To demonstrate organic revenue growth and support the development and implementation of the our business plan for our TDD and Building Surveying service lines.
- Manage quality standards to ensure high quality output.
- To ensure the Sector Director has quantified information on the progress of each contract on a regular basis.
- To manage and undertake professional technical consultancy commissions including Technical Due Diligence, condition surveys.
- To represent the company in a professional and diligent manner.
- To manage risk in service delivery and identify and lead improvements to service delivery.
- To effectively communicate ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects.

- Understanding of both technical and legislative requirements along with a good commercial awareness.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills enabling strong working relationships with clients

- Excellent technical ability.
- Degree in Building Surveying and MRICS qualified
- Understand the transaction process including requirements of funders.
