As part of the Neighbourhood Developments team, this role will work alongside the division’s Real Estate Team, Director, and Senior Vice President to complete day-to-day real estate analyst tasks.
Respond to buying queries and liaise with real estate professionals, including developers, builders, landlords, agents, and homeowners.
Conduct regular Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for existing and emerging neighbourhoods.
Work with existing internal and external real estate, economic, municipal planning, demographic, and financial data to compile and disseminate information and statistics on the local real estate market, reporting on price, inventory, applications, and other factors.
Support the Real Estate team’s acquisition activity for new lands, including research and analysis.
Update and enhance competitive intelligence by scanning market activity and updating research on developments and homes. Gather, summarize, and present information, conclusions, and recommendations to leadership.

Complete at least 1 year of post-secondary education, working towards a business/commerce, economics, planning, or engineering degree from an accredited university or college.
Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams across various organizational levels

Possesses advanced proficiency in Excel and adeptness in supporting presentations or creating graphics
Able to operate independently and be self-motivated to complete both urgent and long-term tasks
