- Document data processing and modeling workflows to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
- Interpret model outputs to uncover insights into fibroblast heterogeneity and tissue-specific functions.
- Develop and optimize predictive AI/ML models to classify fibroblast states, identify regulatory networks, and generate disease-relevant insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate biological questions into computational solutions.
- Integrate multi-modal data (e.g., scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics) to construct a comprehensive fibroblast atlas.
- Contribute to time-sensitive projects supporting target discovery and prioritization.
- Curate, harmonize, and analyze large-scale single-cell and spatial omics datasets, with a focus on fibroblast biology.

- MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Biostatistics, AI/ML, or related field.
- Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Knowledge of cell type annotation, clustering, and trajectory inference
- Single-cell analysis tools: Scanpy, Seurat, Bioconductor
- Experience building multi-modal AI/ML models linking transcriptomic, proteomic, and imaging data
- Experience with computer vision tools (OpenCV, Scikit-image)
- Ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot computational workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and standard ML/data science libraries.
- Experience with HPC or cloud environments for large-scale omics and imaging datasets.
- Multi-modal integration: CITE-seq, ATAC-seq, proteomics, imaging mass cytometry, spatial transcriptomics
- Domain knowledge in single-cell analysis, spatial omics, or systems immunology.
