Take ownership of your store and maintain the highest standards every single day.
Working in partnership with our CPU to match food prep and display to daily sales expectations.
Recruiting, onboarding, and training the entire opening team to ensure they embody the standards and energy required for a successful launch.
Communicating with marketing, trading, operations and HR teams to ensure alignment on store priorities.
Driving high standards in food freshness, rotation, storage and compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.
Understanding your local market and customer base, tailoring the offer and store routines accordingly.
