Senior Design Engineer

The Senior Design Engineer is responsible for ensuring structural analysis and design compliance are met for the project. This role will be supporting any of our data centre project or building projects.

• Liaise with architects, engineers, authorities, consultants and other departments to ensure that the design intentions are met.
• Provide technical engineering information to ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions.
• Conduct structure analysis

• Ability to identify potential and discrepancies that affect the design and recommend solutions to relevant team/department
• Understanding regulations for external works from LTA, PUB, NParks and other authorities.
• Education: Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited Universities
• Well versed in structure analysis and design software such as ORION, SAP2000, SAFE, PROKON, PLAXIS or other similar software
• Well versed in Autocad and BIM software is preferred
• Experience: Prior 5 years of experience in design and construction. Preferably with experience in data centre and other building projects.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
