Set up and operate welding machines; adjust settings as needed for material type (e.g., steel, aluminum, copper).
Gather materials and perform layout work in preparation for welding and assembly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions to determine job specifications.
Weld parts together using appropriate welding techniques; inspect welds for quality and rework as needed.
Collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals and continuously improve processes.
Operate cutting torches, manual plasma cutters, buffers, and grinders as needed.
Work with sheet metal to fabricate precise and durable assemblies.
Assemble housing components such as wall panels using drills, torque wrenches, and other hand tools.

Ability to lift and handle materials safely and efficiently.
Welding certification is a plus.
Reliable and self-motivated with a team-first mindset.
Experience with sheet metal, carpentry, or house framing is highly transferable.
