Providing expertise: supporting with the delivery of land and property advice to a range of clients, helping them to make informed decisions.
Data and technology: delivering large scale schemes through innovative big data, technology and reporting functions
Problem solving: working with the wider DM team and your clients to problem solve, advise on risks and reach solutions.
Records of condition: helping the team to review and advise on various different land types, undertaking schedules of condition of private land.
Heads of terms and licences: assisting with Heads of terms and contractual agreements with stakeholders on behalf of clients to aid the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Handling landlord and tenant relationships: supporting with tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance.
Compensation and valuation: assessing the financial impact of infrastructure projects, agreeing compensation claims; think valuation of land and property, agricultural losses, and general disturbance.
