إعداد Risk Register وفق ISO 31000 وخطط الاستجابة.
خبرة عملية في إعداد/تطبيق ITP/QCP ومصفوفات الاعتماد (Hold/Witness/Surveillance).
دعم اختبارات ما قبل التسليم (Snagging) والتسليم الابتدائي/النهائي.
بناء لوحات متابعة عبر Excel/Power BI لعرض مؤشرات المشروع.
عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين سارية.
مراجعة المخططات ومواد البناء والـ BOQ وطلبات المعلومات RFI والملاحظات NCR وإغلاقها.
التحقق من نسب الإنجاز والتوصية بصرف الدفعات المرحلية وفق النماذج المعتمدة ضمن المتطلبات النظامية.
إلمام بكود البناء السعودي والمتطلبات النظامية ذات الصلة.
مراجعة Shop Drawings والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات (Clash Detection عبر Navisworks أو ما يماثل).
تنسيق الأعمال بين المقاول والاستشاري والجهات الخدمية وقيادة اجتماعات التنسيق.
تطبيق أساسيات EVM (حساب SPI/CPI) والتنبيهات المبكرة على المسار الحرج.
إجادة AutoCAD وMS Project أو Primavera P6 وExcel المتقدم.
معرفة باختبارات ومعايير ASTM/SASO للخرسانة/التربة/المواد.
نبحث عن مهندس مدني متمرس في الإشراف ودعم فرق المشروع لمشاريع البيع على الخارطة، قادر على ضبط الجودة والجدول والمخاطر، والتعامل مع المتطلبات النظامية وكود البناء السعودي بكفاءة.
متابعة التنفيذ وضبط الجودة وإصدار تقارير تقدم أسبوعية/شهرية.
إعلان توظيف – مهندس مدني (إشراف ودعم فني) – بيع على الخارطة
التعامل مع تغييرات الأعمال VOs/Variations وتحليل المطالبات وفق أسس FIDIC.
