What you would be doing

Assist in preparation and submission of quotes

Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product and services

Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team

Maintain an organized and accessible digital file system for administrative and sales professionals • Handle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents

Answers phone calls from customers regarding deals and assist in resolving any issues as they arise

Keep project and client data in CRM up to date

Acknowledge customers by promptly responding to emails, texts, and phone calls

Organize and evaluate data for incoming projects

Sift through client RFP data to identify pertinent project requirements

Follow up internally with engineering and production to ensure timely responses to clients

As a main point of contact for customers, is it critical to always be ready to tackle new obstacles in an effort to best support our customers. While in depth knowledge of solar racking and trackers is not an initial requirement, it is expected that the candidate be ready to learn many of the basic functions and design elements related to the products in order to quickly and efficiently work with our internal teams as well as client requests. This is a prime opportunity to get started in a rapidly growing company, for someone looking to become an integral part of the team with room to grow.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Adaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trained

Currently accepting applicants in NJ, NY, and CT.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

Strong client service skills

Prior solar energy experience is required

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Bilingual Spanish speaking skills strongly preferred

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Someone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideas

Experience with CRM systems and excellent Excel skills

Significant experience in administrative/operational role supporting a Sales/Business Development team

Benefits

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
