- Manage tax advisory services and provide thoughtful tax compliance to medical practice clients, meeting firm standards, budgets, and deadlines
- Assist with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff
- Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and firm resources
- Participate in and lead firm initiatives and projects
- Develop, build, and manage client relationships
- Communicate proactively with clients and engagement partners about project status, service opportunities, and significant matters
- Develop deep industry knowledge within the healthcare sector
- Participate in the proposal process for prospective clients and serve as the main tax point of contact

Candidates must have at least five years of progressive public‑accounting tax experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, and a CPA license. Strong ownership, supervisory and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in standard office and tax software tools.
- 5+ years of progressive public‑accounting tax experience, including technical consulting and client relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA license
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and fostering deep client relationships
- Strong sense of ownership for delivering ultra‑responsive client service
- Excellent supervisory, team‑building, and time‑management skills
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Caseware, depreciation processing software, Axcess tax preparation, RIA research, and Go File Room (desired)
