Associate

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at Fine & Country, located in Chelmsford, with some work from home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing property listings, conducting market analyses, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, preparing marketing materials, and assisting in property sales efforts. The role also involves maintaining high standards of client service and ensuring effective communication with internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not essential
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of the luxury residential property market is a plus
• Comfortable with hybrid working model, including remote and on-site work
• Ability to coordinate and manage property listings and marketing materials
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and research skills
• Experience in real estate, property management, and sales
