We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Engineer to support the execution and management of construction projects across the UAE. The role involves coordinating site engineering activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are completed to quality standards, within schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing construction site operations for large-scale developments, including high floor residential projects.

Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and liaising with consultants and contractors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and relevant project management software.
Proven experience in managing site activities for high floor residential projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in construction, preferably within the UAE.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Familiarity with construction methodologies, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and local authority requirements.
