- Assisting with the development of Tarmac’s Electronic Property Information System.
- Supporting rental enhancement and built development opportunities, ensuring compliance with planning and tenure agreements.
- Working closely with the Regional Head of Estates and Estates Managers to support mineral and land acquisition and development.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance financial returns from a diverse range of property assets.
- Preparing and reviewing planning applications, including consultant reports.
- Gaining insight into land and mineral ownership, landlord-tenant relationships, and town & country planning policy.
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships.
