Assisting with the development of Tarmac’s Electronic Property Information System.
Supporting rental enhancement and built development opportunities, ensuring compliance with planning and tenure agreements.
Working closely with the Regional Head of Estates and Estates Managers to support mineral and land acquisition and development.
Identifying opportunities to enhance financial returns from a diverse range of property assets.
Preparing and reviewing planning applications, including consultant reports.
Gaining insight into land and mineral ownership, landlord-tenant relationships, and town & country planning policy.
