Associate Visual Designer

Description

• Create infographics, illustrations, and visualisations that make complex information easy to understand.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to turn briefs into compelling visual content.
• Leverage AI-approved design tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
• Apply and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation across all visual outputs.
• Assist in developing video and animation content, with support from senior creatives.
• Design and produce creative assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms (think social media graphics, brochures, newsletters, and more).
• Use project management tools (like Monday.com) to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Format documents and layouts with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Familiarity with project management tools or a willingness to learn.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
• Tertiary qualifications in Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Design.
• Experience as a Graphic Designer (2 years'+) with a passion for fresh ideas and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas through visual storytelling.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies-and be open to learning new ones.
