-Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate communication and approvals. -Stay current with building codes, construction technologies, and industry best practices to inform design solutions. -Collaborate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and engineers to support seamless project execution. -Lead the development and coordination of detailed architectural drawings and documentation in Revit. -Conduct quality control reviews of drawings and specifications throughout all project phases. -Review and refine construction documents for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client and code requirements. -Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. -Assist the project team in resolving design and technical challenges as they arise.
-Architectural licensure or active progress toward licensure preferred. -Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. -Demonstrated experience coordinating with consultants and managing project workflows. -Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards. -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. -Proficiency in Revit required; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. -3–8 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
