Communicate the project plan’s success factors and implementation strategies.
Oversee building of complex, large-scale datacenter, mission critical project(s) upwards to $100M+.
Establish and maintain a weekly cadence of LPS and continuous improvement activities between staff and trade partners.
Conduct jobsite lean and Last Planner System (LPS) boot camps.
Utilize P6 to build project schedules.
Reconcile Work in Progress (WIP) with Trade contractors’ Schedule of Values and submit timely and accurate payment requisitions.
Execute Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures, implement Injury Free Environments, and identify safety training needs for the team.
Contribute to the preconstruction phase, including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
Conduct constructability reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to provide an effective Quality Control (QC) program.
Review overall safety performance and data, discuss with trade partners, and understand leading and lagging safety indicators.
Create and assess Weekly Work Plan (WWP) and Pre-Task Plan (PTP) for continuous improvement opportunities.
Prepare operational plans and collaborate with Business Development (BD) on sales pursuits and presentations.

Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment
Lift/Carry: Up to 40lbs.
Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use
Innovate and solve core and shell construction challenges, utilizing project team and trade partner resources.
7+ years’ experience leading and managing the build process for data center projects.
7-10+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or data center projects.
Proficient with Procore and/or CMIC.
Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.
Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio
