Design, develop, and implement new laboratory instrumentation and control systems. Specify and recommend the purchase of new test equipment and software.
Create and maintain drawings and documentation related to the lab’s processes, including but not limited to test reports, specifications, and user manuals.
Direct lab personnel during the setup and execution of tests.
Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.
Set up and operate testing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conduct a range of tests, including short-circuit tests, dielectric tests, partial discharge tests, impulse tests, insulation resistance tests, and power frequency tests, in accordance with requirements provided in industry standards and S&C’s internal standards.
