2-week NHI/FHWA Bridge Inspection certification, NSTM/FC NHI/FHWA certification, SPRAT or IRATA rope access certification, and NHI Tunnel inspection certification are all desired
Comfortable working at heights

Ability and willingness to travel for field work; Travel requirements may be up to 100+ days per year and include out-of-state travel depending on workload
Willingness to lead and train younger staff in the field and in the office.
Ability to work outside regardless of weather conditions
Ability to withstand high levels of physical exertion including walking, climbing, bending, carrying, and lifting up to 30 lbs. of equipment
A valid driver's license with acceptable driving history is a must
Bachelor of Science in civil or structural engineering degree or equivalent from an ABET-accredited engineering program
