Perform analyses and assessments of projects to help determine their consistency with strategic direction, technology development plans, and requirements
Assist in establishing procedures and standards for managing technical development/architecture plans across the portfolio
Advise management on technical risks of new and ongoing projects and review, analyze, and assess technologies, system concepts, data, and information to recommend applications of new or emerging technologies
Analyze user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications

Experience with Agile project management principles and processes
