Community Leasing Associate (Part-Time)

Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and Fairfield staff.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process, highlighting community features and closing leases to meet sales goals.
• Resolve or appropriately escalate resident issues while maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease documentation, maintain accurate records in Yardi accounting software, and ensure paperwork compliance.
• Perform marketing tasks such as updating social media, advertising vacancies, and monitoring local market competition.

Requirements

The Community Leasing Associate (part‑time) at Parkfield Apartments will be the first impression of the Fairfield brand, serving prospective and current residents, vendors, and internal staff. Reporting to the Community Manager, the role offers a pathway to Assistant Community Manager.

Applicants should have at least one year of customer‑service or sales experience, strong computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail; leasing or real‑estate knowledge a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with Yardi or similar property‑management software preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to close sales and handle difficult situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license may be required; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
