Develop and execute joint business plans with global system integrators, including revenue, certification, and marketing KPIs.
Drive co-sell motions with field sales, including account mapping, pipeline reviews, and deal registration.
Build executive interlocks and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partner leadership.
Lead enablement programs to grow partner delivery capacity and certifications.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of telecom/utility industry and SaaS solutions. This role requires a deep passion for the telecom/utilities space and detailed understanding of use cases, workflows, impact.
8–12+ years in alliances or partner management with global SIs/GSIs.
Deep experience in strategic enterprise sales.
Proven success in joint GTM execution and revenue impact at enterprise scale.
Experience with hyperscale co-sell programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Experience with value selling, value engineering, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology is a plus.
