Excellent leadership skills.
1-2 years project management experience in water well drilling, environmental/geotechnical engineering, soil/groundwater investigation or construction environment.
Excellent supervisory communication and organizational skills.
BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in water well drilling or construction environment.
Ability to abide by Granite’s Code of Conduct on a daily basis.
Knowledge of water well drilling or similar industry practices.
