The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supervising structural projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements. This role demands strong technical expertise, critical problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality, structurally sound projects.

5–7 years of proven professional experience in structural engineering, with UAE project experience required.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, site supervision, and technical reporting.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capability to work independently when required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and building materials.
Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, or equivalent).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
