This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

You will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.

Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims
Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters
Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm's clients in IL
Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.

This is a hybrid role- 2-3 days a week on site. You must live in Illinois and MUST BE admitted to practice law in Illinois

Must be currently admitted to practice law in IL (multi-state admission would be amazing)

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm
