The Life Safety Systems Sales Executive, Electronic, will champion fire safety solutions within an assigned territory, engaging customers and end‑users to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. This role combines strategic prospecting, solution presentation, and collaboration with district operations to enhance service delivery.
- Establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, and schedule sales calls using company marketing strategies.
- Develop sales strategies, present product offerings, prioritize opportunities, and maintain territory records.
- Conduct seminars, demonstrations, and presentations to generate and qualify leads.
- Prepare proposals, financial justifications, and close sales to meet assigned quota.
- Collaborate with district operations to improve service delivery and report weekly/monthly metrics.
- Maintain existing accounts and pursue follow‑on sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, product demos, and events to boost sales and brand image.

- Minimum five years successful sales experience in electronic or related industry.

- Strong oral and written communication and sales techniques.
- Experience with electrical contractors and ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to obtain required licenses per national, state, and local codes.
- Collaborative team environment and adherence to the Zero Harm safety policy.

- Base salary range $62,000‑$96,000 plus performance‑based sales incentive plan.
