Act as brand ambassador for the organization both internally and externally.
Review project files, reports and processes to identify missing information, redundant information and opportunities to better organize and execute the tasks needed to get to done; collaborate with colleagues to collect their updates and feedback; prepare a summary of findings and recommendations.
Review articles and publications and conduct research related to actual project issues and business pursuits and brief the staff.
Reach out to colleagues to obtain current status on proposals, contracts, and other agreements.
Generate ideas for updating the department’s SharePoint site and coordinate with colleagues to research technology, software and tools for optimizing project management.
Identify, document and analyze objective data and metrics important to a PM’s duties and responsibilities.
Partner with various members of the Project Management Directorate to learn about being a Project Manager (PM), accompany team members to meetings and assist colleagues with their daily duties.
