Role
Description
Lead all commercial aspects of tenders — from cost modelling and risk review to board approvals.
Support project and contract delivery by tracking performance, maximising margins, and issuing key contractual notices.
Own the commercial forecasting process — working with stakeholders to report on revenue, costs, and cashflow.
Manage working capital by driving timely invoicing, monitoring WIP, and supporting cashflow targets.
Be a trusted business partner — managing subcontractors, leading customer negotiations, and guiding teams on commercial best practice.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that support profitable growth and operational agility.
