Perform mechanical system design analysis and properly select HVAC and equipment and complete energy compliance forms.
Assess project conditions requirements against information provided and communicate these findings required to the client.
Respond to RFIs and review submittals with oversight from senior design staff.
Participate in Premieres, project retrospectives and continuous improvement activities.
Reference client standards and prototypical designs.
Review local building code, utility, and landlord information to determine location specific design requirements, contact these entities, document these findings and to present to the client.
Coordinate design requirements and decisions with other disciplines, BIM department, and project management.

Strong understanding of local codes and amendments, with the ability to interpret and apply the codes towards system design and calculations.
Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering plus 8+ years of applicable experience
Professional Engineering (PE) license
Demonstrates strong REVIT/AutoCAD and office computer proficiency.
Strong familiarity with building structures, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and how they interact.
Bachelor's degree in Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering required plus 6+ years of demonstrated experience required.
