Monitor, advise and assist in implementing changes to company processes, and on site, as required by legislation and contractual changes in the construction industry
Assist in onboarding and training site team members
Assist in development and updates of the Company's project management systems in accordance with the Upper North Island strategic plan
Maintain internal performance standards through site operations & quality reviews, including contributing to monthly reporting on compliance of operations
Implement and enhance planning practices to optimize productivity, quality and safety on site
Work with individuals to benchmark current performance with a view to enabling growth and identifying learning opportunities
Attend National Team meetings and Project Team meetings as required
Provide guidance, advice, coaching and direction to project teams in relation to site operations, quality and safety
Deliver high-profile, complex commercial projects
Establish staff competence and comprehension through monthly project reviews and Individual assessments

Thorough understanding of commercial construction contracts, specifically the NZS3910 contract suite and SA 2017
We are looking for someone with a background in Project Management and demonstrated experience in managing construction contracts, site operations, quality and safety
An understanding of the New Zealand Building Act and consenting processes
Strong communication & relationship building skills with a focus on problem solving using a first principles approach
Experience with MS Projects
