The recruiter manages the full lifecycle for early‑career positions, from posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and new‑hire handoff. They partner with hiring managers, ensure a world‑class candidate experience, and support university relations activities such as career fairs and on‑campus events. Operational excellence is maintained through accurate ATS data and continuous process improvement.

• Manage high‑volume requisitions for entry‑level roles across engineering, finance, digital, and operations functions.
• Execute full‑cycle recruiting: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and new‑hire handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop targeted campus sourcing strategies.
• Serve as primary point of contact and brand ambassador, ensuring a world‑class candidate experience.
• Support university relations: career fairs, on‑campus interviews, info sessions, networking events, and student organization engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for campus events, including materials, technology, and team participation.
• Maintain accurate ATS data for compliance and robust recruiting metrics reporting.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to campus recruiting efficiency and candidate quality.

Benefits

The remote position offers a salary range of $73,000–$109,500, with geographic differentials, discretionary annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, tuition assistance, parental leave, and more.
