  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance Epiroc's Integrated Management System (IMS), including Healthy, Safety, Environment and Quality, certified to ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2018
  • Lead comprehensive incident investigation processes including root cause analysis, lessons learned, and preventive action implementation
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018), Indian regulatory requirements, and Epiroc corporate mandates
  • Implement competency-based development programs and succession planning for SHEQ roles
  • Ensure seamless integration of all management systems to create a single unit with unified objectives
  • Create and maintain SHEQ communication strategies that promote awareness and engagement
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within SHEQ processes, leveraging technology for enhanced monitoring and reporting
  • Develop and implement carbon footprint reduction initiatives and environmental impact minimization strategies
  • Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
  • Lead waste management, energy efficiency, and resource conservation programs

  • Minimum 12 - 18 years of progressive experience in SHEQ and IMS management within mining, heavy manufacturing, or similar high-risk industrial sectors
  • Technical understanding of mining equipment, industrial processes, and associated SHEQ risks
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
  • Understanding of Indian regulatory landscape and international SHEQ best practices
  • Project management expertise with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with SHEQ management software, mobile applications, and digital reporting tools
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams of 5+ professionals with multi-site responsibilities
