The Role
Overview
Supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites in Sheffield, Rotherham & Mansfield.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and promptly address any issues -Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits -Manage stock levels and order cleaning materials/equipment as needed -Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of cleaning operatives -Plan, allocate, and monitor staff schedules, covering absences and holidays where required -Supervise cleaning teams across multiple locations, ensuring sites are maintained to contract standards -Complete and submit required paperwork such as timesheets, and reports -Ensure all Health & Safety, COSHH, and company policies are adhered to

What You Bring
-Confident using smartphones/tablets for reporting and scheduling tasks -Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role, ideally across multiple sites -Flexible approach with the ability to travel between sites (full UK driving licence essential) -Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards -Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
