The General Repair Technician III – Static operates facility mechanical and supporting systems, performs structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and provides routine and on‑demand services. Work is performed in accordance with established processes and must meet internal and external environmental, health, safety, and fire‑protection requirements.
Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma with trades training or certification and have at least three years of experience maintaining HVAC, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems. Required skills include knowledge of building automation and HVAC systems, strong safety and client‑service orientation, effective communication, mentoring ability, and the capability to work shifts, be on‑call, and obtain security clearance.
