  • Ensure the earliest mobilization of adequate engineering skills and resources in line with engineering activities requirements (workload and complexity) and associated budgets.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate subsystems and components into the overall system design.
  • Define system requirements based on customer specifications and project objectives.
  • Provide oversight and training to other engineers in the application of Variable Speed Drive systems
  • Issue/prepare change orders from an engineering point of view with the Project Manager for further release to the Customer.
  • Plan and execute drive system upgrades
  • Ensure proper distribution of engineering documents, internally and externally.
  • Conduct system-level simulations and analyses to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards. Also, perform system-level testing and validation to verify functionality and performance.
  • Participate in CMR (Change Management Review), Project reviews.
