Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving
Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy
Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes
Provide support in training new team members, as needed
Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to make sure they meet quality standards

Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting
Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
A High School diploma or equivalent
