In this role you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of production or services projects that fulfill customer orders within defined financial and commercial parameters while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will participate in strategic discussions about the future of the business, interact frequently with other functions, and develop the annual plan for the larger unit.
Key responsibilities include supervising, organizing and executing service projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality and contracts, and applying project methodologies and standards. You will present product and program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders, handle complex medium‑term processes, and tailor approaches to client customization needs. Managing multiple stakeholders on both client and internal sides and overseeing several projects in parallel are also essential.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and have at least five years of experience in services project management. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs and projects, and document, plan, market and execute initiatives. Established project‑management expertise is a must.
