- Supports senior analysts and managers in data analysis and risk reviews.
- Oversee and support Operations in the baseline budgeting process. Lead various budget meetings.
- Close out project financials and accounts upon project completion.
- Evaluate results and variances, identifying trends and potential for improvement while reconciling issues and/or discrepancies by comparing and correcting data.
- Run analytics and create adhoc reports for projects and divisions to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes of decisions.
- Ensures compliance with external contract terms as well as internal company policies and procedures.
- Increase productivity by improving processes, eliminating duplicate efforts and communicating changes effectively.
- Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and making presentations of findings and analyses.
- Actively participate in all project meetings, providing financial insight and risk analysis to Operations.
- Obtain, analyze, and enter monthly budget updates from Operations.
- Monitor, track, analyze, forecast and report on project budgets, commitments, expenditures, estimates to complete, billing trends, and change orders.
- Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.
