In this role, you’ll design, build, and optimise Anaplan models to support investment, planning, and reporting across Stockland. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage the Development Anaplan Roadmap, and ensure data integrity through seamless integrations with enterprise systems. You’ll create dashboards and insights for decision-making, mentor model builders, and champion best practices to enhance performance and usability, while providing training and support to empower end-users.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager with Anaplan model builder skills to join our Finance team within the Development division. This is a critical role responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing Anaplan models that support investment, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across Stockland. You’ll play a key role in shaping the Development Anaplan Roadmap and ensuring our financial planning solutions are scalable, accurate, and future-ready.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5+ years in data analysis, financial modelling, or business intelligence.
Project management experience across full lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, planning).
