  • Maintain database of municipal policy and planning materials, such as maps, policies and decisions.
  • Assist with processing and verifying project legal agreements.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Development Managers on 3-6 projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Assist in preparing development applications, permits, and other regulatory documentation.
  • Support or lead the preparation of presentation decks for a range of audiences.
  • Assist with the preparation of budget reviews, working with internal staff to process payments and prepare internal project reports.
  • Review and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and company processes.
  • Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to Development Managers.

  • Formal education in Business, Commerce, Urban Planning or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a team-first mentality, balancing humility and ambition to drive results.
  • Working knowledge of BlueBeam and Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of experience in a development or related role.
Benefits
  • 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience.
  • 75,000 – 85,000 per annum, commensurate with education and experience.
