A multi-disciplinary construction services company delivering projects across diverse sectors.
The Development Coordinator will provide coordination and administrative support to projects and project teams in various lifecycles of Gracorp’s Vancouver multi-family and mixed-use development projects.
Maintain database of municipal policy and planning materials, such as maps, policies and decisions.
Assist with processing and verifying project legal agreements.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Support Development Managers on 3-6 projects.
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Assist in preparing development applications, permits, and other regulatory documentation.
Support or lead the preparation of presentation decks for a range of audiences.
Assist with the preparation of budget reviews, working with internal staff to process payments and prepare internal project reports.
Review and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and company processes.
Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to Development Managers.

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Microsoft Office Suite.
2+ years of experience in a development or related role.
Benefits
3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience.
75,000 – 85,000 per annum, commensurate with education and experience.
