What you would be doing

Execute standard new user setup for key software used by Sure Steel (Tekla, Bluebeam, Spectrum, Paycom, etc.)
Perform updates, backups, and routine maintenance on company hardware and software.
Safety: Implementing secure IT environments that safeguard users and information.
Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies to improve business processes.
Grant SharePoint access, storage, and function as an ambassador for standard best practices for data structure, archiving, and integrity.
Adhere to and enforce IT security policies to safeguard organizational data.
Provide inventory data for new/existing hardware/software and support maintenance and lifecycle plans that Sure Steel has outlined.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Execute standard network configurations.
Environmental Responsibility: Promoting sustainable IT practices through efficient resource utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly, escalating issues, as necessary.
Benevolence: Providing proactive support to empower employees and teams.
Collaborate with teams on IT-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Integrity: Upholding security standards to protect sensitive data and company assets.
Assist with network configuration, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and VPNs.
Resolve basic hardware, software, and networking issues both in person and remote.
Review and take action to cyber security risks/threats.
Monitor network performance and implement necessary changes for optimization.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
