Exp erience with water/wastewater treatment plant construction or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and construction project delivery methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
