We are seeking a skilled Energy Analyst based in India to support US-facing Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) and EPC/design-build projects. You will work closely with our India and US teams to perform data-driven energy analysis, develop savings models, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects focused on solar, HVAC, lighting, CHP, and water/waste efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for energy professionals in India looking to apply their expertise in international energy efficiency programs, particularly for the US public and private sector markets.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, IPMVP M&V protocols, and/or ECM technologies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Energy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable working in a remote and cross-time zone environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with US counterparts
- Exposure to US energy code compliance (ASHRAE 90.1, NEC, IECC)
- Strong skills in Excel-based energy analysis, and tools like RETScreen, HOMER, or EnergyPlus
- Experience with US energy projects (public schools, municipal buildings, commercial facilities)
- 3–6 years of experience in energy modeling, auditing, or ECM performance analysis
- Certification such as BEE Energy Auditor, CMVP, or LEED/IGBC accreditation
