Description

Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members, and provide them with career advice and opportunities
Report on team progress, achievements, and challenges to senior management
Communicate and implement organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Collaborate with other managers and leaders to align team objectives with organizational goals and strategies
Provide technical guidance to other project controls staff in project financial status
Facilitate accurate labor cost tracking, reporting, and contract compliance across diverse project types.
Monitor and manage team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Manage the team’s utilization and billability goals for the fiscal year
Assist Operations Leadership with their financial plans as needed
Coordinate and delegate tasks and projects to team members, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
For a small set of projects, helps set-up, monitor & report earned value progress measurement systems for projects, including analysis based on input from project leads.
Identify and address team issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and collaborative work culture
