Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.

Perform daily system monitoring to identify and resolve issues with batch jobs, inbound processing, and other transactions.
Assist in collecting and documenting business needs from stakeholders through workshops and interviews. Analyze existing OTC processes to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in testing activities, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaborate on complex issues.
Help configure and customize SAP SD/OTC modules to meet business requirements under the guidance of senior analysts.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with SAP SD/OTC modules as key user or as functional lead is required. SAP certification is a plus.
Ability to deliver high-quality solutions within scope and timeline in fast-paced environments.
Ability to design solutions that balance efficiency, performance, security, and compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learner with adaptability to new concepts and tools.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for various Company meetings and training.
